Pasika is the Dalmatian word for small fields surrounded by stone drywall obtained by separation of the stone and the earth from the karst. Most Pasikas in Loviste were created before the 60's.
Not far from Loviste is our Pasika (farm) with about 40 olive trees and figs, 500 tangerine trees and other fruits and vegetables planted during the years. The main part of the products that are grown there are used in our Pension as for example, local olive oil, dried figs, tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, egg-plant, zucchini, Swiss chard, watermelons, melons, etc.
Entire production is ECO-adjusted, NO chemical fertilizers, GMO FREE. Our products are NATURAL and HEALTY, and we use them in preparing food for our guests.
